My “Three‑Stage Mom” Calendar System

Because I'm managing:

  • Two almost adults

  • One little one

  • My work schedule

  • Social outings

  • Travel

  • Creative projects

I use three layers:

  1. Master Family Calendar (digital)

  2. Personal Planner (obviously a stylish aesthetic one)

  3. Weekly Command Center (on my fridge)

This keeps everyone on the same page without me being the default reminder system.

The “Drop Zone” That Saves My Mornings

I made a chic but functional drop zone with the following items:

This eliminates 90% of morning chaos.

The “Shopping Smart” Hack

Instead of impulse buying, I've created fun lists:

  • A running wishlist for myself

  • A seasonal list for my girls

  • A home refresh list

  • A gift stash bucket for last‑minute birthdays/teacher and coach gifts. When I run into a good sale, I can stock up ahead of time.

This keeps my shopping intentional and my home uncluttered.

RESET YOUR MINDSET

Because the mental load is real and I deserve peace.

The “Let It Go” List

I wrote down:

  • What drained me last year

  • What I'm done carrying

  • What I'm no longer available for

Released it. I released it by burning my written list in my fireplace.... safely!!

The “More Of This” List

I wrote down:

  • What brought joy

  • What felt aligned

  • What energized me

  • What made me proud

This will help me with my intention map for 2026.

This year isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters with intention, beauty, and a little sparkle.

I've got this...and so do you!!
